Email and online appointment booking option for Yellowknife residents
New care options are needed to maintain access while increasing social distancing
Starting immediately the Northwest Territories Health and Social Services Authority (NTHSSA) will begin adding email and online appointment booking option for Yellowknife residents.

Callback Request Form:
When you fill out this form it sends a callback request to Yellowknife clinics. A callback allows you to avoid a wait on the phone while also having the opportunity to speak with a clinic assistant about what your needs are while finding an appointment time that works for you. We aim to answer all inquiries that are received through this process within 3 business days, but often much sooner.

The Minister of Health and Social Services, Diane Thom, is announcing the following adjustments to health and social services operations that create new pathways to access care, while also enhancing social distancing. These steps are being taken to ensure the health system can reserve and reallocate existing resources, protect our vulnerable populations, and reduce potential for spread and exposure for our staff and the public.
