There is a need for increased health workforce capacity to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in northern, remote, and Indigenous communities.
RNAO in association with Chiefs of Ontario developed a Comprehensive COVID-19 Action Plan Template For First Nations Communities which includes a critical process focussed on Health Human Resource (HHR) Surge Capacity.
