Health Workforce Innovations in Response to the COVID Pandemic
Brock Community Health Centre offering phone/video consultation
All community-based programs hosted by the Community Health Centre (CHC) have been suspended
indefinitely to protect clients, volunteers, staff and community members during the pandemic.
The Brock Community Health Centre is adapting its services to help keep the community safe in the face of
the coronavirus. CHC staff are investigating alternate ways to deliver community programs and will be
reaching out to clients with “wellness calls” to connect with those who may need assistance or information.
In-person primary care services remain available on a reduced schedule to clients for urgent needs, with all
other appointments being conducted by telephone or video conferencing or rescheduled to a later date.
