COVID-19 Volunteer Opportunities and Screening
There is a need to support the health care system as our health care workers respond to COVID-19.
A volunteer pool is being created to provide support to Manitoba's health care system as our health care workers respond to COVID-19. Across our health system, regional health authorities and health care facilities are always looking for qualified volunteers to support our employees and patients. As a result, the volunteer screening process for the Northern Health Region (NHR) and Shared Health locations in the Region has temporarily been amended in order to address the need for volunteers in certain areas across our system. If you are interested in volunteering with the NHR either in an administrative capacity or having face-to-
face interactions with patients, please complete the initial electronic screening below and we will connect with you to discuss potential opportunities.
Volunteer opportunities exist across the province. If you are from outside the NHR, please contact your Regional Health Authority for more information.

The Northern Regional Health Authority (Northern Health Region) was created in May 2012 through the amalgamation of the former NOR-MAN and the Burntwood Regional Health Authorities. The Northern Health Region is geographically the largest of the five RHAs in the province of Manitoba.
