Virtual Poster Presentations
Virtual poster presentations on health workforce topics will be accepted for inclusion in the program until 11:59 EST on December 1st.
Posters can be in English or French and of various sizes and submitted online in either .pdf format or ppt format if you choose to embed a 2 min audio pitch.
We strongly encourage an infographic style of approach with links for more details. We also strongly encourage that your title reflects your main message in sentence form and to include two to four key ‘take home messages’.
Posters can be submitted online here or if small enough can be sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
Selected posters will be included in the live ‘Lightning Round’ session on December 7th from 15:30 to 16:30 that could be presented live (with a 2 min limit) or through the submitted 2 min pitch.
We intend to make the posters available after the IHWC conference through the CHWN resources page unless you specify that you would not like your poster included.
Thank you.
