This theme will bring together researchers and knowledge users concerned with the distribution of HWF along north/south, urban/rural/remote communities and Aboriginal/non-Aboriginal communities. HWF concerns across these communities address organizational/management issues of recruitment, retention, remuneration, use of technology, etc.; others address education and training issues of placements, community-sensitive curriculum, mentoring and continuing education. Bringing together these three health care contexts under this one theme will contribute a richness and diversity of partners networking to address overarching HWF issues while attending to differences across contexts.
