CHWN has partnered with the Canadian College of Health Leaders and the Canadian Health Leadership Network to create three online equity, diversity and inclusion toolkits.
The resources curated in these toolkits build on research undertaken with support from a women’s leadership grant from Status of Women Canada (now Women and Gender Equality) which had two inter-related objectives:
- Developing a strong and supportive network and community of practice among established and emerging women leaders; and
- Developing and implementing evidence-informed tools for transformative systemic change
